We want you to love your Sweet Pants! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Policy

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return

  1. Log in to your account at sweetpantsus.com and go to “Order History.”
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the instructions.
  3. Pack your return securely, including the original packing slip or order confirmation.
  4. Ship your return using a trackable method. We recommend keeping proof of postage.

Exchanges
For exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order at sweetpantsus.com.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

International Returns
Customers outside the designated region may be subject to additional return shipping fees.
